Commonwealth Edison filed its electric rates for the non-summer period with the Illinois Commerce Commission on September 29. The rates are based on the procurement process recently completed by the Illinois Power Agency. They will be in effect for the months of October 2014 through May 2015.
The residential rates for the period will be:

Please note that the above rates do not include the Purchased Energy Adjustment (PEA). By law, the PEA is to be determined by ComEd each month. It can affect the rates by + 0.500 cents/kWh.
