The ComEd Green Region program awards grants of up to $10,000 to public agencies supporting their efforts to plan for, protect, and improve open space in ComEd’s service area of northern Illinois. Applications close March 16, 2018.
The Powering Safe Communities grant program will award grants of up to $10,000 to support municipal public safety initiatives throughout the ComEd region. Applications are due by Friday, March 16, 2018.

ComEd, in partnership with Openlands and the Metropolitan Mayors Caucus, awarded 50 grants to municipalities and local public sector entities throughout northern Illinois in support of open space preservation projects and safety initiatives.
The Metropolitan Mayors Caucus is looking for an individual with an approachable style, good membership services skills, and the proven ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships for its next Director of Housing Initiatives.
