The Mayors Caucus represents a coalition of 125 municipalities from across the State of Illinois in the Illinois Commerce Commission’s rulemaking on municipal electric aggregation. Initiated in 2012, the rulemaking has progressed to the administrative review phase before the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules.
